VIBRATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
SAM offers a vibration field service to cover all your track and balancing
requirements. There is always that one machine that does not respond to
conventional efforts to fly smooth. This is where SAM, with its highly experienced Engineers as well as the latest in vibration analysis technology, will come to your aid to establish whether there is an underlying fault or assist your AMO to ensure that the helicopter flies as smooth as can be.
SAM can manage your helicopters vibration health by storing Helitune collected data, carry out fleet analysis and trending of major components and rotor order vibration using RT Vision vibration software.
HELICOPTER HANGARAGE
SAM provides you with hangarage services to keep your helicopters clean, safe, secure and in operational condition while it is not being utilised. SAM has great hangarage facilities both for its own fleet and for its clients’ aircraft. Our hangers are sterile, secure and accessible to you 24/7, 365 days a year.
Helicopter movements, refueling and basic technical checks are offered to all SAM clients.
ON-HAND TEST PILOT CAPABILITY & FIELD SERVICES
Our team is committed to offering comprehensive field service solutions that deliver the highest standard of aircraft availability, serviceability, and safety. Our dedicated Field Services team offers global engineering assistance standards and maintenance of customer’s helicopters to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
SAM employs the services of SACAA approved test-pilots for post maintenance check flights.
PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS
SAM assists in all helicopter management activities & has developed expertise in aviation administration, such as: maintaining copies of individual aircraft
documentation including AOC, release to service, weight and balance, and of course, insurance
To assist all helicopter buyers, SAM offers pre-purchase inspections; to examine the helicopter for damage and wear that might not be evident to an untrained eye and to form an educated guess as to maintenance problems that might arise in the future. It is to the buyer's advantage to insist upon these inspections to ensure the best purchase outcomes.

SAM will conduct the full Mass & Balance of your aircraft conforming to all SACAA regulations.
